cpu optimizations

well, I noticed that using r2643 i can archive 380-400 fps
while using r2795 the fps drop to 290-300
obviously on the same mp4 source, same settings, same everything else

currently I am on a skylake config

is there a table of the "best x264 build" for each architecture?

I mean, on the x264bench website, a r2334 build seems faster than the last stable r2851

Newer builds may have different quality modifcations. Same settings doesn't necessarily mean same output .
