MPC-HC/BE w/madVR & LAV no 3D

Hello, pertinent specs:

LG OLED 65E6P

Nvidia 390.65 drivers

Nvidia 3D wizard & PowerDVD work fine and switch /unswitch 3D automatically

Tried most recent versions of madvr and MPC-BE and MPC-HC

Checked DISPLAY to make sure 3D on 3D is enabled in that little control/settings MADVR toggle thingie

I hate PowerDVD due to bloat & unprogrammable remote commands and want to go back to MPC-BE

I'm not sure what obscure setting may be somewhere for me to check. I do see a little program that activates a debug window. Can someone help me look into why I can't get this to work? It did work... but it's been months and I'm honestly not sure what changed.

What are you having trouble with? What isn't working? What are you trying to do?

Duh on my part.

Play 3D .ISO's.

They work just great in PowerDVD but to save my life they just play in 2D on MPC-BE or MPC-HC w/MadVR & LAV. They did play in 3D until the first quarter of this year. I've fiddled for so long that I honestly don't remember what changed other than Windows updates.
