Playing HEVC/DV MKVs in OLED LG TVs

For those of you struggling to play MKVs in OLED LG TVs, I highly recommend installing the "KODI" app on webOS. It literally plays EVERYTHING, including HEVC/DV in MKVs for instance.
FYI It works flawlessly on my OLED65C8.

Kodi is not available in the LG App Store but it is via the webOS Homebrew Project.
In case you need support, check out webOS Homebrew Project and the Kodi on webOS forum.

Big thanks to Stephan Sundermann for porting Kodi to webOS.

Be warned: Some older Models doesnt allow Passthrough for DTS and DTS:X (Series CX, C1, C2). LG planned for DTS/DTS:X support for newer Models, but not directly decoding. It looks they planed to allow passthrough to possible Recievers.
