What TBC should be best for PAL video?

Hi folks,

I wondering which TBC would be the best to buy for PAL video because my CBT-100
ghosts and the product is recently discontinued.

I'm wondering is FOR.A FA-310 FA310 better than the FOR.A FA-140P and
is the FOR.A FA-140P is good enough.

What whould be the best thing to buy but not spending more than $450.

I haven't seen recently any TBC on ebay, the peak for them was some 10 to 20 years ago.
I do not know many professional TBC yet those that I've seen are somewhat not very useful for a consumer - they have other connectors, sometimes these are only FBAS/composite, require mostly external clocks or provide timings for the pro VCR etc etc...
As for the FOR.A, I think the 310 is NTSC as only the units with P are PAL, make sure it knows the standard you want.
For most cassettes, the synchroniser in a DVD-recorder is just fine. I mean, yours originals must be 1st generation, whereas commercial ones, usually provided with cp, are not worth the trouble, since the material is found anyway on DVD, in a much bettr quality.
