Chapter breaks from DV AVI

I'm in the last throws of converting my DV tapes into DVDs. I've created the DVD menus, converted the DV AVIs into MPEG2 and used dv_datecode for the subtitles. All is good except I can't find an easy way to convert the timecodes from the DV AVI into chapter breaks on the DVD. I've got the TXT file from dv_datecode and essentially want the discontinuities in the time codes logged into a simple bit of text giving me the time offset into the video file. Any links to software to do this? If there isn't any I'll write it myself as it seems easy enough ;-D
