DVD to Blu ray while keeping menus

Hi,

Is it possible to convert the DVD to Blu ray .iso while keeping the whole structure intact?
I want to keep an iso of my DVD's but I would like to compress them using h265 (or h264) codec to keep the size smaller.
Is there a software or guide on how to do something like that?

DVDtoBD and DVDtoBD Express do this conversion, but there will be no reencoding from MPEG2 to AVC or HEVC.
