I apologize for putting this here. I just have a quick question on AnyDVD and BDRB. Any DVD gives you two options - to rip to hard disk, or rip to Image. Is there a way, once it is ripped to image, to easily get it to work with BDRB?

Yes, mount the image with Virtual Clone or Daemon.

Hi

I tried this program, I found it simple yet complete (like it!)
The only problem I found is that I had selected two audio tracks and one subtitle track, but the final video file only contains the first audio track and no subtitle. Please, someone experienced in this program help me?
Here are some screens of the selections I made, I will have done something wrong?

Thanks in advance!!

@pumabr;
Your screenshots does not show the subtitle tracks. How do you know the subtitles are not there? Were they demuxed and in the Workfiles folder? Use MediaInfo on the backup, it will tell you if the subtitle track is present.

hi,
I tried to make the film MARY AND MAX several times and in different ways, but without success. When mounting the film in the BR tells me that the content is more than 12 hours. In conducting the process, this process takes over 20 hours and never ends. Can someone give me some advice on what may be happening?.
Thanks

@pumabr

It's because you have selected movie-only alternate output. Currently only one audio track (the first selected) and no subs are kept in ALTERNATE OUTPUT mode. I'll probably change that eventually.

The screenshot does not show the subtitle tracks because I could not show this information in the program window together with information from the audio.
Here's another screen with this information:

So now we can only select different audio tracks and subtitles if I make the encoding of the entire movie?

It's because you have selected movie-only alternate output. Currently only one audio track (the first selected) and no subs are kept in ALTERNATE OUTPUT mode. I'll probably change that eventually.
You could take the output from BD-RB, and demux manually the subtitle stream you choose from the original, and remux into a new mkv that will now have the subtitle. ( of course outside of BD-RB! )

Here's another screen with this information:

So now we can only select different audio tracks and subtitles if I make the encoding of the entire movie?
BD-RB is a work in progress.

Yes, I know, and is a good job!
I just wondered if for example if I select the Other Output Movie-Only mode, if I can choose more than one audio track and subtitles.
I'll continue to follow your work, of all programs of this kind I have found, yours is what I feel is more simple and complete at the same time!

I would think you'd be fine without the LPCM track...
Its already in the post mate. 2nd code box at http://forum.doom9.org/showpost.php?...postcount=9038

I deselected the LPCM stream and it ripped the audio stream successful and went into recoding mode. Will this have any other effect on my backup other then the fact that the LPCM stream will not be available ?

Also: I had to abort the initial encoding process due to lack of time (had to go somewhere), just restarted the recode but this time for the "fun" of it i DIDNT deselect LPCM stream and it went straight on with the encoding. Normal or a bug ?

BTW also mind checking out my problem at post http://forum.doom9.org/showthread.ph...60#post1422460 & the one following it ?

If you rip to .iso you have to mount the iso with virtual clone drive as mentioned above. You can rip to hard disk and then just point to that folder as the BDRB source. That's the way I do it and it's worked fine.

Of course you can. Just remember to set it up exactly according to the first post of this thread. You also need to run it as administrator the first time -- so it can adjust the registry for DirectShow preferences.

Any fix on my problem. As i've just encoutered that error again on VID 11. That one is (in original form) a 2GB bonus feature (interview with steph meyer) with only 1 language and yep its LPCM. Only way arround it was again to disable it but don't want that.

I'd like the feature to have audio.

From my recollections none of the Star Trek series discs have PiP, and therefore not DTS Express. They do have branching versions to pick up the old or new graphics.

I have tried:
The Mummy
Mummy Returns
Terminator 2 - Ultimate
Terminator Salvation

All worked so far.
