Post OCR Correction for SupRip
Is there any way to run Post OCR Correction on the .srt files produced by SupRip. The Post OCR Correction that's bundled into SubRip works wonderfully, but there's no way to access it from command line (I want to use the post OCR Correction through a batch). Can anyone help me out?

I have also not found any automated process, so what I do is that I open the .srt in SubRip to use it's excellent post OCR processing.
As a bonus, SubRip will also save the file as ASCII as I think SupRip saves it in unicode. The resulting file size is about 50%. I like the SupRip OCR interface and engine. It's very useful for subs where the characters are slightly different and you can review and redo any character while in the other programs, if you do 1 mistake, you'll have to re-ocr the whole subs. |
