BD Rebuilder v0.60.17

I have updated the first post of this thread with a link to the latest version of BD Rebuilder. Changes for this release:
Code:
- Added muxing routines that remux HEVC
UHD M2TS files, recover lost frames, and
  corrects TSMUXER timing issues. Please
remember that UHD capability is still
under development and may need further
  work.
- Corrected an error in which imported input
files that have SRT files muxed in a
format other than sequential might set
languages incorrectly or even fail during
  output to ALTERNATE formats.
- Corrected an error in which attempts to
  extract HEVC secondary streams could
  cause BD-RB to fail.
- Added a check during start-up that will
prevent a "Runtime Error 52" issue when
some network or other paths previously
  specified are not reachable.
- Made changes that correct audio sync
  issues when outputting to UHD-BD.
- Created a workaround for issues in which
the combination of X265 and TSMUXER can
cause stutter issues at higher bitrates.
- Added hidden option FIXED_BITRATE which
is similar to FIXED_CRF. If set, the
source will be reecoded at that bitrate
and any output sizing control is removed.
- Corrected an issue that could result in
audio sync problems after reencode of
  certain imported sources.
- Corrected an issue in which imported SRT
files that start at offset 0 could, under
certain conditions, clear the first spoken
  subtitle.
- Fixed an issue in which the ALTERNATE_BLURAY
hidden setting was allowing long keyint
  sequences (outside bluray compatibility).
This can be overridden by turning it off or
setting a fixed vKeyint value in the
  ALTERNATE.TXT preset being used.
- Added code to perform MPA to AC3 conversion
during DVD import. MPA is not supported in
BD format and was previously ignored.
- Added OGG Vorbis as a legal audio format for
imported video files (converted to AC3).
- Updated the included version of X264-64.EXE
  to the latest release (r2969).
- Updated the included version of X265-64.EXE
  to v3.1+1 10 bit version.
- Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.
NOTES:
1. DOLBYVISION is not yet supported.
2. All UHD code is still experimental.
A special thanks to cartman0208 for hosting the download link and making it available at a much improved speed.

If you are planning to do some tests of UHD on this version, you might find it useful to change your encoder settings to VERY GOOD and ONE PASS (ABR) for tests. That will lower quality -- but speed encoding up considerably for testing.

It's fine for hosting a website... but downloads will be very limited in speed.
How about github?

Malwarebytes removes BDRB.exe

Thanks for the update. But ..... Malwarebytes deletes BDRB.exe with the message "MachineLearning/Anomalous.100%"

Take control over it, tell MWB to shut up and add an exclusion if you need to. False positive

Which is worse? A virus that deletes your files without your permission -- or anti-virus software that deletes your files without your permission?

I just scanned it with AVG and everything is fine.

If MPA is the same as MP2 (MPEG-1 Audio Layer II) then yes. And with multiple channels too

- Buffer overflow in UHD_Correct_M2TS

Hello, thanks for the update!
I tried to use it on UHD Age of ultron, but it stopped at the end with buffer oveflow.
I used the option UHD_LIMIT_ENCODE=1, was because of that?

I don't think so... but I can't be sure. When BD-RB is remuxing the HEVC into to a new M2TS to replace the one created by TSMUXER, it allocates a large buffer to hold information as it collects it for output. That error means that the buffer limit has been reached (which should never happen).

The odds are that it is a bug in my muxing code I will have to hunt down.

Actually, after thinking about it... it could very possibly be from that hidden option. I made a lot of changes to the UHD code, and didn't give a lot of thought to that option. I'll do some testing and see.

I've never noticed before, and I'm sure, this has nothing to do with the new version, but when I select target output size BD-9 or BD-5, the stream list is a lot longer than when target size BD-25 or custom is selected.
Is that intended?

Yes.

BD-RB sets a minimum size limit video files for reencoding. The reason is that many video files on the disc are so small that reencoding them will have no meaningful impact on the overall video quality of the disc. Reencoding them is, essentially, just a waste of time. So they are kept intact and transferred to the newly encoded disc.

But...

When you decide to output to a DVD disc (BD-5/BD-9), reencoding them is no longer an option -- it is a requirement. Blu-Ray discs have a higher maximum bitrate than DVD, and almost all BD video is encoded at a variable rate that uses that maximum (or somewhere in its neighborhood). That bitrate would exceed the transfer rate of the DVD disc/device and would cause stutter or possibly even failure during playback on a BD-5/9.

So when choosing BD5/9, BD-RB has no choice but to reencode everything in order to ensure it meets the lower maximums required by DVD media.

With BD-25 media as cheap as it is, why destroy video quality by burning to DVD media?

@jdobbs
I am trying to rebuild a UHD in order to replace on subtitle/sup file by another with diferent languague (from BD) without reencoding.
Just on the process i have the following error:
"BD Rebuilder experienced an error 1802
UHD_Correct_M2TS() 00006 8102"

I tried to replace the 00062.track_4771.sup subtitle before the m2ts is created. Any sugestion or idea why this error happens ?
