@GMJCZP & @ProVision I don't plan to add any more features to TX264. I'll release a bug fix version soon and from there I will only release bug fixes and updates for used backend tools.

I thank you all for your interest in it.

So far, I've found this to be a very easy to use program, thank you very much!

I've been having a problem thou, trying to figure out how to adjust the bitrate so that each movie in the queue has a different bitrate.

Is that even possible?

That's not possible. And as i said I don't plan to add more features to TX264, so it won't available in the future either.

I'm still struggling to find the correct settings that will allow me to generate AVC encodes that are compatible with Quicktime player.

I'm currently using the following .pdo file settings. But when the files are played in Quicktime player they look very animated... Not smooth at all

First of all, try using presets, profiles etc. They will work better for most of the time and they will make things easier.

I don't know which x264 options fall into which profile or preset, I simply use presets. If you are getting choppy playback then you must "lower" some settings. For example start with High profile with 4.1 level etc and try to find the best settings for you by lowering your settings step by step.

Also why do you use QuickTime for playback?

When I load a file avisynth with audio track (AudioDub), the program recognizes only the video track. What can you do? Thanks.

Not much, it feeds avs file to x264 and does nothing else. You won't get audio from avisynth scripts in TX264.

It's for streaming support. A few years ago I suggested a different approach, but it's not something I can change...

And there will exist the possibility that in the future the program can do, such as Bencos or Ripbot264?

The problem seems to be with the subtitle muxing step. Did you try turning it off?

I like TX264, with the main reason of not using it being when I want more than one audio stream. It has built-in 10-bit encoding (which can be a noticeable improvement on animation), but a really big thing it has over other encoders I can think of is the AAC audio options.

Maybe they exist, but I can't think of any other Windows encoders that can use QAAC/TVBR. Handbrake is close with now having FDK, though I think QAAC is better, and HB's FDK can't do VBR. (edit: Oops, I can think of one, but batch encoding is so much easier with TX264.)

Just some praise there, and a thank you.
Also, since I'm typing, I couldn't get TX264 to work on a different computer, and I couldn't figure out why. I couldn't find a solution anywhere. It wasn't encoding audio, and then it would encode the video, and then the file would error at the end since it never encoded the audio.

It was only doing it with QAAC. I installed QAAC separately, but it still would error. Installing Quicktime fixed it. Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone else has the same problem.

Do you have the following files in tools/x264 folder?
-x264_10bit.exe
-x264_10bit_64.exe
-x264_32.exe
-x264_64.exe
It's possible your download is corrupted. MD5 of 7z file is 75f7fcfd41e3c78dee9f34753c0f6956

Yep, all the files are there and the MD5 is exactly the same - downloaded of course from SourceForge.
Just for fun I downloaded the previous version and used the x264 folder with the version 0.9.8.3219 and works fine.
Something is missing form the new build or the x264 r2479kMod is not compatible with the new version.

32bit x264's name should be x264.exe not x264_32.exe. I use 64bit PC so I didn't notice it. I'll re-upload the package. You can just rename x264_32 to x264.exe if you already downloaded it.
