Special resize?

Looking for an AVS script/plugin/idea for a special aspect ratio resize, similar of sorts to television/PowerDVD?/other players, that resize video in a non-uniform method (middle of image stays relatively the same, while the further to the edges, the more it gets stretched).

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance!
