Question regarding decoders in the MainConcept Reference tool.

I haven't had much luck getting a reply from the MC support and sales departments, so I was curious if anyone knows about how the modular setup works with decoders?

I have a wide array of formats that I wish to use as input files, and have bought the MPEG and H264 decoder packs from MC. However, no matter what I do, I still get a watermark inserted from the decoder. I verified the encoder is not putting the watermark in by using raw output, which doesn't have a watermark.

Does anyone know how to get the reference tool to use the licensed decoders?

Got a reply from MC support, and they told me how to use the serial code on their ENcoders..... Sigh...
