Uhm, seriously, what to use if I need to mux something to mp4? So used to Matroska that I almost never needed it.
Tried with ffmpeg -i something.mkv -codec copy samething.mp4 but it copies video only, no audio, subs or chapters.

StaxRip has a stream copy mode, so it can be used for plain re-muxing. If you prefer command line you can use StaxRip to learn what command line you need.
The ffmpeg muxer in staxrip currently does not support subtitles, but the MP4Box muxer in StaxRip supports subtitles. Cut/Trim in stream copy mode works only with the mkvmerge muxer.

TrueHD encoder losing 16 frames was fixed today in ffmpeg. See https://git.videolan.org/?p=ffmpeg.g...6974a6b3450bfd
