Encoding not starting after adding jobs

I made a comment a couple of weeks ago stating that after adding one or more new jobs to the queue, that after pressing Start, it would do it's process, then it gets "stuck" at a queued status, "forever".

One way I have been able to "fix" this is to shut Ripbot down, and generally on the 2nd attempt, it all works again.

But there are some cases that it just won't start a particular job, and running it thru MKVToolNix, would it start.

This only started a couple of weeks back.....not sure why
