Just on the process i have the following error:
"BD Rebuilder experienced an error 1802
UHD_Correct_M2TS() 00006 8102"

I tried to replace the 00062.track_4771.sup subtitle before the m2ts is created. Any sugestion or idea why this error happens ?
All I can tell from that is that it is an overflow error. I'd need more information to figure out why.

BD Rebuilder v0.60.18

I've updated the first post of this thread with a link to the latest release of BD-RB. Changes for this version:
Code:
August 3rd, 2019 - v0.60.18
- Corrected an issue in which attempting to
reencode an imported UHD pseudo-BD that
was encoded in a format other than HEVC
  causes a "UHD_Correct_M2TS() 00009  8102"
  error during BD-RB'S UHD correction.
- Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.

August 1st, 2019 - v0.60.17
- Added muxing routines that remux HEVC
UHD M2TS files, recover lost frames, and
  corrects TSMUXER timing issues. Please
remember that UHD capability is still
under development and may need further
  work.
- Corrected an error in which imported input
files that have SRT files muxed in a
format other than sequential might set
languages incorrectly or even fail during
  output to ALTERNATE formats.
- Corrected an error in which attempts to
  extract HEVC secondary streams could
  cause BD-RB to fail.
- Added a check during start-up that will
prevent a "Runtime Error 52" issue when
some network or other paths previously
  specified are not reachable.
- Made changes that correct audio sync
  issues when outputting to UHD-BD.
- Created a workaround for issues in which
the combination of X265 and TSMUXER can
cause stutter issues at higher bitrates.
- Added hidden option FIXED_BITRATE which
is similar to FIXED_CRF. If set, the
source will be reecoded at that bitrate
and any output sizing control is removed.
- Corrected an issue that could result in
audio sync problems after reencode of
  certain imported sources.
- Corrected an issue in which imported SRT
files that start at offset 0 could, under
certain conditions, clear the first spoken
  subtitle.
- Fixed an issue in which the ALTERNATE_BLURAY
hidden setting was allowing long keyint
  sequences (outside bluray compatibility).
This can be overridden by turning it off or
setting a fixed vKeyint value in the
  ALTERNATE.TXT preset being used.
- Added code to perform MPA to AC3 conversion
during DVD import. MPA is not supported in
BD format and was previously ignored.
- Added OGG Vorbis as a legal audio format for
imported video files (converted to AC3).
- Updated the included version of X264-64.EXE
  to the latest release (r2969).
- Updated the included version of X265-64.EXE
  to v3.1+1 10 bit version.
- Other minor corrections and cosmetic fixes.
NOTES:
1. DOLBYVISION is not yet supported.
2. All UHD code is still experimental.
I noticed a bug shortly after I posted V0.60.17... so I thought I'd fix it and post an update.

DVD is still in the minds of people before Blu-ray players. I talk with people in stores. People looking for interesting new ideas, products..but as cool as BD resolution is, the prices are still high [to them]. Often I also still hear, "I don't see any difference." "Some kind of fancy Upper scaling or something like that?" So, it's DVD players that are bought...lots and lots where I live. Some people come to my residence and get to see Blu-ray in action, and then I go into some depth with them, displaying DVD vs Blu-ray..since a lot of movies came/come with both. The hype does not exceed the people's understanding in this area. It takes a while for minds to change and venture.

When you're around this stuff a lot, you can alter your awareness that not everyone is keenly into newer tech or willing to spend the money on it. Particular "belief systems" are still dominant around the world, though we know so much more now...and meditation is very helpful to the mind, but that's also...still slow to catch on.

I have friends who also have Blu-ray players but only buy DVDs "For now. Maybe some time I'll get into Blu-ray, but DVDs are still a lot cheaper."

But, on the other hand, the post being discussed was about creating BD-5/9 output on DVD media. That won't play on a DVD player, it requires a BD player.

When I first created BD-RB a blank DVD-R was a lot cheaper than a blank BD-R. These days BD-R media has gotten so cheap that there rarely is a need to create a BD-5/9. But that's in my little world in my little section of the planet -- so it's still supported to make sure I cover all bases.

I don't remember for sure if it is the old (not connected) Sony player, or the Samsungs that I have, but the player refused the BD authored DVD disc because it wasn't on BD media. So, creating a BD5/9 doesn't mean that your BD player will play it.

My Samsung player refused to play DVD5/9 which played fine with my old SONY player (BDP-S360), so I had to re-author these for BD25, putting 3 to 4 BD5 on one BD25 using BD-RB.
I didn't try strict AVCHD on BD5/9 as there was no cost advantage any more.

Thanks for .18, but I still got this error:

- [13:49:23] Multiplexing M2TS
- [14:17:50] UHD_Correct_M2TS() 00009 8102

Movie was STAR WARS SOLO 4k and I was trying to replace Korean subtitles by the Portuguese subtitles extracted from BD.
What info can I send to help ?

Same error happens with v0.60.18
It happens at 99,98% of the Adjusting files for UHD-BD format...

Any idea why this is happening? This also happens with other seamless branching titles (e.g. - The Martian Extended Edition).

Yeah. Most accept it, but not all. I think pretty much all will accept it in strict AVCHD format. But, as you mentioned, there's not a lot of incentive to do BD-5/9 these days with a 50 pack of high-end (Verbatim) BD-R blanks costing less than $40.

The problem with debugging these UHD reports is that even if I know the disc name, I have no way of getting my hands on them so I can try to repeat/fix the problem.

That error is coming from TSMUXER when it is trying to demux using the MPLS. I don't think I've see that before.

Is the directory tree BDMV\\PLAYLIST a valid path?

I print on the discs. Inkjet printing doesn't come close to professional printing, but it is better than nothing.

Yes, of course, just for testing. But very few. They all work with BD-RB... I also have 4K MKVs that I have created for testing of imports.

Yeah, that looks like the problem. I don't know why the program is evidently inserting the extra forward slash. I'm not doing it, at least knowingly. Is there any way to specify the directory tree in BD-Rebuilder?

Also had this problem this morning - everything purring along beautifully and then...so close to completion...
