That doesn't qualify it as "The Best". But yet, you commented about stutters. Hmm.. Wink.

Hmmm... I can assure you that genuine OPPO players running official software don't support .ISO image files!

Just trying a UHD disc and it finished fine but the colours are off - is there an extra setting I'm missing.

There was only a main feature - Tosca. I did use Good bd-25+ setting as the disc was no bigger than a bd-50, so it might be related to that if you used fast encode for the extras.

Appreciate this. I was wondering about that...seeing the list. I'm *not* up-to-date on all the new Tech. Oh, how I used to be.. Since I commented about BD root on USB.

If it requires all the I frames of the dolby vision track to match those of the reencoded HEVC, that could become a problem for sources that require reencoding. I'd have to investigate how hard it would be to get around. I may just add a hidden option to tell BD-RB not to include dolby vision, that way you could at least get an HDR version without FF/REW problems. To All: Is anyone else experiencing this issue? So far I think I've only gotten this report from FilipeAmadeuO. It would be nice to know if it is limited to only a certain player before I spend a lot of time on it. The improvement you have done it’s on the right track. I think if there is there is no negative side effect it’s better than the working version. Why not add the Dolby vision layer as a selectable video ? Then uses can select the layer or not. |
