Need help with an old PAL DVD

Hi, guys. I'm having a hard time processing an old cartoon DVD of mine. Not 100% but I think it's a progressive video with a lot of blended frames which i cannot deal with. Notable examples at frames 80, 363, 569 and so on, almost throughout the whole movie.
Any help would be appreciated, here's the sample:

Looks like a poor framerate conversion with plenty of blended fields appearing at irregular intervals. I doubt that it can be fixed.....

Start with SRestore, you might get some results. If that can't mostly fix it, nothing can, and you're better off going back to another source.
