sorry i meant the windows films and TV app, that is ok, just had a look at the old win media player and yeah that is affected.
Workaround for mpc-be is to add a 16-235 to 0255 filter on post, looks fine to me, I did the same in MPC-HC and it looked awful though.

Is it a bug that I couldn't load ext subtitle files if there's no matching subtitle before? The 'Load Ext Subtitle' function seems to take effect only when other subtitles in effect.
The version I am using is MPC-BE.1.5.4.4928.x64, with XySubfilter enabled. Edit: Just tested with internal subtitle renderer, which works as expected. |

Is it possible to make the subtitles options "Spacing", "Border width" and "Shadow depth" be able to set them like 0.1, 0.2, 0.3 etc. they will be more flexible, and not like the default values 1, 2, 3 etc. Here is an example - now I can't set "Spacing" to 0.4 or 0.5, I can set it to 4 or 5 and it is way too much.

Greetings Aleksoid1978. Any plan for a SDR-to-HDR renderer in the pipeline? The Sony UHD player has a feature that forces the display to go into HDR mode when playing SDR/709 content. I believe this is done by inserting the PQ flag in the output video stream. Can this be easily implemented as a stop gap measure while you work on the full SDR/HDR conversion? Many thanks and best regards, |

Even if there is a code, the problem is to implement it without appropriate devices.

However, has it been confirmed that really a drastically increased user base wants to download the nightlies or that only a moderate increase of users just use the 'download all'-button because of the somewhat unintuitive way the site is designed so that an overall bandwith limit is reached to fast now ???? |

A feature request: I'd like to have a command like Alt+I, except it sends (copies) the current frame image to the Clipboard instead of saving it as a file. If that's not a good idea, though, just ignore this request. After all I can easily do the same thing by Alt+I, then open the saved file, and hit Ctrl+C in my image viewer...

I think this is a good idea. The Ctrl+C hotkey would be nice here, but we will have to change the hotkey to close the file (for example, Ctrl+W). We will discuss this ...
