which picture is good

i want to know from this graphics
which is the good and natural one ?
where the darker area can be seen without excessive noise (in your monitor)

1 or 2 look the most natural to me, no extra details are shown with the brighter images while you start to notice the sensor noise at 3 and above.

My display is a 2560x1440 27" IPS calibrated to BT.1886. I viewed the images at 200%.
