LAV filters 0.64 or others : dxva doesn't work with GTX 960 with 10 bits HEVC

Hi,

I've recorder UHD 4K demo .ts of this ASTRA/EUTELSAT transponder :

LAV filters 0.64 or others : dxva doesn't work with GTX 960 with 10 bits HEVC UHD 4K 10 bits (ASTRA/EUTELSAT):

UHD 4K Astra 1N 10993.75 H 35 Pan Europe DVB-S2 8PSK 22000 5/6 ASTRA 1, 53.3 Mbps

and

5.0°W Eutelsat 5 West A 11634.00 H KB11 Large DVB-S2 8PSK 29950 3/4 65.2 Mbps

If i use MPC-HC with lav filters with DXVA2/HEVC enabled, CPU is 99% and DXVA2 is not used. (even if checked in options)

If i use latest MPC-BE player, DXVA2/HEVC work with those UHD 4K .ts 10 bits (ASTRA/EUTELSAT), and GPU is user and my CPU is only 2%. (but MPC-BE use internal codec and not lav filters)

I want to upload this UHD 4K samples for Nevcairiel for debuging. Please give me a link (private mail)

Regards,

O.

Have you tried switching to internal LAV filters? You can always upgrade the internal one by overwriting the dll files.

With internal and external.

With files (LAV) 0.64.00 / 0.64.52

With Nightly build MPC-HC with latest LAV filters.

With X86 and X64.

With another PC.....

Only MPC-BE work with DXVA2(native GPU) UHD 4K with GTX960.

Even with DVBDREAM and SMARTDVB, and LAV FILTERS :
DXVA2 doesn't work with UHD 4K 10 bits from ASTRA/EUTELSAT DEMO (But work with HEVC UHD 4K 8bits)

So i use DVBDREAM and MPC-BE via UDP for HEVC to watch HEVC ASTRA/EUTELSAT DEMO with the native HEVC decoding GTX960.

So LAV Filters don't read UHD 4K 10 bits (0.63 or 0.64 versions)
