You may want to try running TSMUXER independently and see what is causing it to fail. There is a .meta file that is created just before the demux attempt. In this case it would be called "AUD_00066.META". Depending upon where you installed BD-RB and what your working path is, try this:

1. Run CMD from windows start button (or win icon). This will open up a command window.

2. Set youself to the working folder, then go one layer deeper to WORKFILES.

3. Run this command line (modified base on your paths):

c:\bd_rebuilder\tools\tsmuxer.exe aud_00066.meta

Report what error you get that causes it to abort.

Note: The second error "ExtractAudio Subs() 00053 1605" you are receiving is a result of missing files from the first (failed) attempt.

Hmm, now i get always the Extract Audio Subs error message....

BD-RB 0.34.11.
Prince of Persia (the movie is split into 140 files !)
Movie-only mode, other Movie-Only playlist selected, resize to 720p, BD-5.
The 2 selected subtitles were not extracted correctly. I got 2 sup files of the first movie segment (studio intro) in the workfolder, 0 bytes each. The rest is missing.
No big issue really. Apart from the missing subtitles, everything came out perfectly.

I think maybe I am just being dense this morning but when I do movie only encodes all my logs all have something in this Audio section with a (1) in it. My apologies if I am missing something. bye, Worknstiff

That probably means that the subtitles didn't exist in the first segment. I'll look at it, but unfortunately the US version is much different.

You need to start over, it's trying to pick up where it left off -- but it can't because the files are missing.

Because if i lower the size, 2-pass, it'll be converted to h264,

what is the advantage of this procedure?

Subtitles did exist in the first segment (actually the studio intro plus beginning of the movie). It's a weird structure anyway. Don't worry, the issue is not important.

FIxed the problem..but

i read on a google search this can keep menus? is this correct?.. when i load the program on its default settings, i see the main menu stream and the main menu stream but as soon as i change the target size from bd9 or bd5 the main menu disappears and im only left with the main movie? [it reappears again if i change it back to bd5/9.. is this a bug or is it intentional?

i want to compress the main movie only but keep the title menu.. is this viable?

also ive been trying to do 2 pass to a custom size but it always says no reencode req'd.. is this a bug? it will reencode if i set it to bd9.. its 23GB in total

I've tried to create a profile of my own for alternate output. Wanting MKV, 1280x720 and AC3 at 640K.

So I put this into alternate.

[00010]
caption=MKV Container, 1280x720, 640Kbs AC3
vBitrate=1230
aBitrate=640
aType=0
vFormat=4

and the logfile seems OK.

You forgot to add "ctype=1", so it defaulted to 0.

Text from the existing ALTERNATE.TXT file:

Code:
# The options below show up in the Alternate Output Dialog
#  Settings:
# caption=Text to show on alternate selection list
# vBitrate=Bitrate to use for two-pass video encoding
# aBitrate=Bitrate to use for audio encoding
#  aType=Output Audio Type, 0=AC3, 1=AAC
#  vFormat=Video Format:  0=320x240/180, 1= 480x360/270, 2= 640x480/360
#                         3= 1024x768/576, 4= 1280x720, 5= 1920x1080
#  cType= Container/limits type, 0=MP4 (iPod), 1=MKV, 2=MP4 (iPad)
