Good Quality Music Subscription Service?
My wife accidentally a big box of CD's away. I'm trying to rebuild my music collection via MP3s. Since I already purchased the music I was using Yahoo Music Subscription service to download the tracks and then using fairuse4wm to remove the copy protection and convert them to MP3s so I could play them anywhere I wanted.
Yahoo is discontinuing their service and transitioning everyone to Rhapsody. I downloaded all the Rhapsody software and I believe it forced me to upgrade WMP and/or at least the IBX so fairuse4wm is impossible to use with Rhapsody. I've downgraded my WMP and IBX before when I accidentally accepted an update so I can do that again. Is there another subscription service like Rhapsaody with a good selection of high-quality files that won't force me to upgrade WMP and/or the IBX? Or has someone figured out a way to get fairuse4wm to work with Rhapsody's current version? I can't find a way to go back to their old version that doesn't force an upgrade.
