Help adding a delay to a SUP file

What I need to do is simple:

- It's a .SUP file, extracted from a Blu-ray;

- Movie has 1 hour and 50 minutes, however I need to introduce a positive delay of 3650 ms (or 3 seconds and 650) after this line:

(677 in the image, and all others until the end)

So every text that started at 46 minutes until the end will now start 3.650 seconds later. Lines 1 - 676 will not be touched.

If we were talking of Subtitle Workshop this could be easily done with a .SRT subtitle and then saved later.

I don't know a program that could do this for the .SUP/Blu-ray subtitle. Oh, and I also need to save that file as .SUP again, without breaking anything. No OCR or any other change here.

I would transform the subtitles into XML form, split them at that point, delay the second "half", reunite the XML file back, reconstruct the PGS.
I don't think any PGS-able SW exist to change the delay for more than a subtitle at a time, if any.
