tsmuxerGui subtitle not sync

the source is from full bluray, i just add 1 more subtitle, output is bluray folder, the result is from the begining the subtitle is sync, but from middle till end not sync.
i already check the main movie with subtitle is sync from beginning till end, but after muxing is not sync from middle till end
any suggestion ?

Is the "1 more subtitle" possibly timed for a different framerate ?

sorry , it seem all original and new subtitle become not sync from middle till end, so not only the new subtitle
