Will it work when using Radeon HD6670 with open source video driver on Arch Linux?
Not sure if OpenCL is implemented in the free radeon driver. I don't want to install catalyst.

Well, I did a quick Google search and found this:
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/GPGPU Looks like OpenCL is supposed to work with AMD graphics on Arch Linux, in theory, though only with the "catalyst" driver. But I guess you'll have to try and see... Quote:
