Do H.264 Decoder Supports H.263?

Just wondering since they are both MPEG 4 Standards.

If i have a H.263 ( Xvid ) Video inside MP4 container, would it play inside Flash Player?

h.263 is not the same thing as xvid

xvid is mpeg4 part 2 (mpeg4-asp)

h.263 (eg. sorenson spark) is supported by flash in flv container but mpeg4-asp is not in any form
