Judder or not?
Hello,
I just wanted to check is this (from the 4th sec), called judder and what can I do to prevent it? https://streamable.com/edit/0zoa3 For the reference, I use madVr, experimented with many settings but that lag remains. Also, If I try without madVr its the same (with worse upscale of course). It's the most apparent on the animated material and happens on every title (on specific scenes only). PC comes with 9900k, RTX 2070 Super and Samsung SSD 512gb. Thanks for help |

Probably it is 3/2 telecine judder or simply low frame rate animation but can you post a link to download the sample? Streaming does not let me look at the source frame by frame in my usual applications where it is easier to be sure what is going on.

Also, please use something that cuts an unmodified segment. WMV is the most difficult format for me to deal with. That said, it looks like it was converted to 24fps in a bad way, this is not normal judder but deleting the wrong frames when converting 29.97 to 23.976 fps.
