Something is wrong with OpenSSL 1.1 ... again

Building A/V software with the media-autobuild_suite started failing today.

At first, opus-tools did not build with http features enabled because X509 functions to obtain certificates from Windows throw errors.

When http features for opus-tools got disabled, the next library failing was librtmp, during installation. This library is used in several following tools, and because the batch stops here, I do not yet use which other tools in detail will fail consecutively...

The last patch will now try to disable crypto features where OpenSSL is preferred over other crypto libraries.
