Hardsub-OCR from tape source?

Hi there!

Years ago I converted some hardsubbed movies from VHS-tape to mpg.
Although I used a good old Plextor converter, the picture has a little bit noise & jitter.

Is there an OCR-subripper which accepts noisy video sources?

Thanks for your suggestions & kind regards!

There is AviSubDetector https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BxUmKfHNWt8

I would create a noise free video and use that for ocr.
