HSL-Filter with preserve option?

I made the experience that when correction a movie's hue
there is always an (mostly) unwanted effect on lightness.
So my question:
Is there a (preferably VD-) filter for changing one of HSL
and with the option to keep one of the other two constant?
(And let the slider of the changed one only move in a way
that the static condition for the fixed one remains fulfilled?)

Edit:
Have to be more specific.
Actually it's not the other two whose overall value changes
when I change one value, but overall greyscale (subjective impression)
changes when I change hue.
