IDC Multi Changer - AVC stream profile changer
A few minutes ago I was PM'd regarding the following little .NET application: -
http://www.avsforum.com/avs-vb/showt...6#post13229116 It can change the "level" of elementary AVC streams or ones muxed within .MKV or .AVI..... It's also incredibly fast!
