A program to stream a video fle playlist on different TVs?

Hi mates, I hope you may suggesting something..
VLC seams to not be a choice, it'ws a bit difficult to set and looks it doesn't support a playlist of files,

I'm looking for a program able to drag&drop files into a playlist window, reproduce them infinite, and stream with a popular protocol (better on multicast) without re encoding the video. There should be something out, mabe not freeware.

Thnak you a lot for your answers!

If you're gonna do it on Windows, you can try PotPlayer.

The only app I know that can push video on a tv (using DLNA plug & play) is https://homemediaserver.ru/index.htm

You can start the server and then drag and drop a video file there and then press right click --> play on ip address

Works even for link-local ip addresses, so no need to connect to anything either, you can just connect TV to PC using ethernet cable.

P.S. Do not forget to turn off transcoding.
