And I want to close my cards for my viewers but not for me, how can I do that?

It should definitely be possible, though I don't know how. Maybe you could use AVISynth to add a censor bar over your hand?

I really don't know. But let me ask how are you currently streaming it? Are you using some sort of screen capture software?

I just launch this join.me software, give the join.me link to viewers and that's it

I also have some experience with xsplit + own3d, but not much. The video quality is very poor even at 500 kbps bitrates. I have overclocked 2500k 4700 mhz CPU, so CPU power is not limiting anything.
The viewers are poker players, they are not not FPS gamers or torrent downloaders, so their internet connection is the limit. That's why I don't want to use more than 500 kbps bitrate for streaming.

I've used an app called ManyCam to capture my desktop before. It basically acts like a webcam pointed at your desktop. It also has "affects" you can do, such as drawing on the captured image in real time. You could easily just draw a box over your hand and have it hidden that way. Then just use any streaming site that streams webcams.

I don't know if this is the best solution, but it would be a pretty easy way to do it.

You should be able to go to the "Sources" tab and click on "Desktop" and select "Full Desktop" to record the entire desktop at whatever resolution your desktop is set at. Then go to the "Effects" tab and "Drawing over video" to edit out your hand. Just remember that if you move any of your poker game windows, you'll have to redo the drawing.
