I need more about Avisynth script usage

Hi guys, i need more knowledge abou Avisynth usage, i faced problems and error message.. like this

it's olny work with Tweak and Sharpen, what should i do?

Read about Internal Filters (Tweak, ...), and External Filters (RemoveGrain,...) than need load a external plugin (dll).

That looks like it was put there by MeGUI. In MeGUI's menu, go to Options->Update and download everything. That should install the plugins you need.
