Generate a report file after encoding in HM (TappEncoder)
I know you can encode in Microsoft Visual studios command prompt using the tapp encoder for HM, in which there will be two outputs - an HEVC file and a YUV (encoded) file. I want a generated text file to come out also as output along with these two files that reports the status before and after encoding (like CTU#, slice #, frame# etc), how can you do that?
