Newbie - Muxing Flac 5.1 for AVCHD for playback on PS3

Hi

I am an absolute newbie on this stuff. I am trying have my music video collection on a portable HDD in AVCHD format, so I can do away with discs. My little kid just hates to see working discs

, so this is the best solution, I feel.

I once backed up an ISO file and when HDD space got at a premium started converting the main features to .mkv and DTS-HD or LPCM -> Flac 5.1 and deleted the ISO. Now that I bought a 42" TV, I want to watch it on it from PS3.

I need help in converting the Flac 5.1 (24 Bit/48KHz) back to LPCM 5.1, so I can use tsMuxer to make AVCHD to play on PS3 out of it, but I have not idea how to do it.

Can somebody please help me..
