What parts are there in it?

I found this a brief explanation of thethe options in the device

but it does not explain what is in the device what video card? What a CPU
what is the hardware inside?

The video card is 3080. The CPU is not specified and he retains the option to upgrade it, which apparently is why he does not specify that.

If you were to read the thread and document I brought at the beginning
You would see that it is listed that they will replace part of the 2080 to 3080 video card
So what's new about it?

AMD has no 4/6-core processors?
