HDR PC and KS 8000

Hie to everyone. I'm just register because I have some issues and questions about HDR on PC. I was reading the topic (madVR mostly ) but it's old now and some update and driver have been coming out since.
Before saying anything here is my gear : Samsung KS 8000 (EU) PC with WIN 10, GTX 1070, 16go DDR4, R7 1700x

I have some issue with my game when I tried to put them in HDR. They turned a little green/yellow and to dark and bright at the same time. I have check my Nvidia control panel and my res is on 4k 60 hz so I have HDMI 2.0 I guess (indeed HDR seems to work well with my PS4 pro) RGB, 8 Bits complete...

Why is it set to 8 bits ? I can switch to 4:4:2 10 bit but then I'm on the limited range switch...

I already test it with some gradiant image in MPHC with madVR and nothing work for True HDR.

Right now in rdr2 even in SDR everything look washed out compare to my PS4 PRO

-Also I can't read 4k HDR youtube vid properly/without lag/sutters Do you Know why ? 2kHDR running smooth...

What can I do ?
