Hinting 3GP files and streaming with Darwin streaming server

Hi all,
I am trying to write a hinted 3gp with H264 video in it. I hope to stream it using the Darwin Streaming Server. I have spent a lot of time searching the net about how to write a hint track (I mean what are the parameters that need to be taken into account). I am able to write a hinted file but it does not get played properly by QT or VLC player. VLC player gives the error : Dropping late frame.......

Any help in this regard will be highly appreciated.....
Thanks.
