DVD Ripper that only change the container

I'm looking for an alternative to DVDFab to only change the container of DVD videos to MKV (passthrough video, audio & sub).
PavTube & others was terrible!

What's wrong with MakeMKV?

Could you please explain what exactly MakeMKV do? there's no option like: removing ads, subs, langs & other things!

Of course MakeMKV allows you to remove unwanted audio tracks and subs.

Just untick the audio tracks or subs you do not want.
