Cubic Blur - How i can do it?

Hi, guys.
So, there are many types of blurring on AviSynth.
The default blur from AVS itself, the Gaussian Blur, the Box Blur.

But, i can't find something about the Cubic Blur.

There is a way to do that?

Cubic blur is a simple mean blur (also known as box blur).
If what you are after is a longer weighted tail, look into exponential blur.
