Fixing a wery sick wmv file?

I wonder if there is any hope for my wmv file i have downloaded
279 Mb which tells that it is complete, but there is obvisoly no index in it? cause not even VLC player show any playtime at all but it preview, do i have to mention that no other media player play it
"Video fixer" doesnt fix it, trying removing the index with it have no effect at all
Asf tool 2.30 claims "File access denied" if you wanna try laborate with the advanced fixer
and it cant either play the file

no converter, no splitter, no software exept VLC can play it, and with VLC you generate weird colors when playing forward you know how it is
I strictley wanna claim that this is complete, but probably wery corrupted, i wanna test convert it..but the converter i tested dont support this file

any idea what the first stepp can be to get a converter to later accept it as a input?

I'm sorry, but unless you prove that this is a legal download (rule #6 here: http://forum.doom9.org/forum-rules.htm), we
cannot offer any help.

Should have figured that out, if i just would have written
"i have a file" then you'all instead would automaticly take for granted that i have created the file myself?

Just for fun i wanna wonder how many files per day the users of this forum talk about content that is not copyrighted,
we can get help with our editing program that we 2 hours later gonna insert a (C)-file into
But im not gonna be a pain in the arse, cause rules are rules, i have learned a lesson now, but in reality this rule atleast..only works if people isn't as clumsy as i was here

What i can reveal is that i dont know if the file is still (C) its a 20 year old porn-movie, its print-rare, and the quality is shity
