Same with recent LG Oleds (althogh they are far from perfect), we will see this year around april/jun.
Btw if you are not forced to buy a tv "now" and you don't want to throw money out of the window, it's always good idea to buy a prev year model e.g. 1 year later, not just because of the massive price difference but hopefully initial bugs are already fixed by then

wow now i really don't want a HDMI 2.1 GPU...
That's a bummer ... A Sony TV was on my wishlist for the next few months

But Panasonic can not do 4:4:4 and true native 24p at the same time according to @huhn. I was already on purchasing one, but that is a nogo for my usage. This was also the main intention of creating this thread. But perhaps Panasonic has changed things recently, I don‘t know.

rtings check 4:4:4 and also 24p native, but not both at the same time. At least I couldn‘t find it in any review of them.

the XH90 was planned to get it but it didn't yet and that's the only screen that has this planned for 2020 don't forget this Tv can't even do 1080p120 correctly which countless old TVs can.
the new ones are announced with it too.

they have removed this in some countries for the xh90 a short time and it's been over 6 months there is currently no reason to believe anything they say the 120 HZ is a obvious lie.
sony is currently in a terrible position claiming alot and delivering nearly zero promises.
the PS5 can do VRR yet the old XBOX can so can the new xbox both use pretty much the same hard.
the PS5 HDMI 2.1 is extremely limited it can't do RGB UHD 120 HZ it has to use 422 that's below displayport 1.4.

Yes, it was the promised 120fps support, that is what I knew but forgot about.
What TV do you look forward? Perhaps the new LG OLEDs? Linus made a short video about "OLED V2", too:

For me it is really hard to choose, I must admit ...

Sony promised and didn‘t deliver. For me an easy case. Companies have to wake up.
