Need help with vertical lines (kinda noise?)

Hey there.
I was stucked at some kinda vertical noise-lines on old dvd movie.
I tried DeFreq but can't solve the problem.
Anybody knows how to deal with it?

Please use an external image service because it will take too long time to get the images approved by a mod. Imgur/imagebam or such

You might want to:
a. upload your image somewhere else and link to it here (approval of attachments can take ages)
b. upload a short unprocessed sample of the source somewhere and link to it here (folks can give you better help, especially if there is any sort of motion related to the issue)
