It's very unlikely that a user can delete any account. Some modern forum software may allow it but most old don't.

You mean even old software supports it and it's just disabled in the settings?
What about the law situation in some (un)lucky countries?

This has always been a good site since I have joined and its nice seeing the staff honour peoples requests to have thier accts deleted..... Most sites I am on will not delete an active account... They just tell the people "not to login anymore"..... Makes me wonder if its just laziness?? (They dont wanna bother to do it)
