I just make a 2pass file. First pass encoded with 17fps, second pass is now at 6.6...I guess, something is wrong here. I have the same problems using automkv. I can't imagine, using a quad takes almost as long as doing the job an a dual core machine. can you please post pictures of YOUR settings for a good quality mkv 1080p autocrop file @ 2 pass. If my current job is done, it will have taken 12hours. PC is Intel q6600 @ 3GHz Asus P5B Deluxe 4GB RAM 931GiB Seagate 7200.11 333AS Windows Vista Business SP1/Ultimate without SP |

RipBot won't start
Forgive my ignorance, but I can't even get it to start. No matter what I do it always says I don't have Haali installed. I've downloaded and installed the 2009-11-01 version one one machine several times. I rebooted, reinstalled, but no matter what I do it always says I don't have it installed. So I tried running it on another machine and I get the SAME THING. Really frustrating! I really don't know what else to do, but I definitely DO have the correct version of Haali installed, so what can I do to avoid the startup check?
Thx - dd |

whell it think i already tried that program at i coudnt use it there are missing some settings i want to use like "set file limit" and second its using divx 7 and i dont use divx ever not since it went pay to use crap. right now im using MediaCoder but it has way to many bugs to be at stable encoder. it will encode 16-18 files and then the program comes op with a message that the encoder has stoped working and says that it might be becorse there are some other program using the cpu but there isnt running any other programs, when that message apears i need to restart my system becorse it fucks every thing op. Ripbot264 works flawlesh with 30 or more files but it takes a long time to import 30 files 1 at a time it woud be So mutch easy'er with an add folder option. hope you understand what i am writing english is my second languish. I don't know if its going to be added because of the work involved. When taking an idea like this in you have to consider the amount of time it will take for each file to be indexed and the source being used. It might be doable but the way its setup now allows for a more direct editing of the out put... Some files will be interlaced and others will be progressive. Some will need cropping and some wont. The List goes on. Like I said I don't think that it in on the road map.

I'm getting a massive oversize when I encode to bluray structure with DIRECT STREAM COPY for audio.
Target was 4480MB....(BD5) Output was about 5.16GB (as specified in properties of folder) actually a lot higher in decimal mb as I think Ripbot uses! |

Im new to the blue ray burning ..anydvd and Ripbot V1.10.6 is working great to shrink/re encode audio to fit on a 25gb bd-r.
I spent a week trying other programs such as bd rebuilder.. ripbot is the way to go.. just takes along time with movies that are 2hours + long.. but well worth it.. I don't think you can. I believe they are determined by the input before and after crop.

I would like to add a custom 364x272 PSP preset. I understand that 480x272 in 4:3 mode produces a similar result, but hard-coding the black bars adds to the file size. A clean 4:3 resolution would be better because PSP adds its own black bars without increasing your file size.
