Nintendo 3DS Sound issues
Apparently while my 3ds can do seeking with aac-lc it cannot do the same for mp3s... each time i try to seek to a different part of the music it just starts over. is there something wrong with my mp3 or is the software for mp3 playback on a nintendo 3ds lacking? sorry if i posted this in the wrong section.

Try using foobar2000 to rebuild the headers and/or re-write the MP3 bitstream of the track. Both are lossless operations. I've used this to fix MP3 podcasts with bad LAME headers to play on my iPod. Also make sure the MP3s are not tagged with some non-compliant scheme (e.g., ID3v2.4 when your device only supports ID3v2.3).
