If error still exist, try search: add or remove program -> unistall all vc++ version and install abbodi1406's vc++ again
Don't understand why you think fftw3 .dll`s are the problem. I deleted all of them, its still crashing.

I delete manually all vc++ that was installed on pc and run depan again - still crashing.
Guess I need delete avs+ 3.7.3 r3825 and go back for 3.7.2 stable version.

upd. After installing avs+ 3.7.2 stable start getting Access Violation error, not a crash.

Sorry guys, my bad. There was nothing wrong with setup or .dll
I just didn't know that Depan require data from DePanEstimate in order to work correctly. So it crashed avsp every time. Usually filters lead to the place if something goes wrong. Didn't expect such behavior.
So I'll go run some tests to find settings that works better for me. Because stab3 helps me with shakings on static scenes (where backgound static and character (or something) are shaking) but also ruin another static scenes where there's no shaking (by making background follow character movement so all scene start shaking for exampe). So it takes me alot of time to watch and trim manually whole episode and apply stab3 only on scenes where it needed.

The dlls were perfectly fine. The avs script did not pass the result of DepanEstimate to Depan. Depan was called without any parameters.
