clever FFmpeg-GUI, a new small GUI for FFmpeg

Hi all

Clever FFmpeg GUI is a small, but smart GUI for FFmpeg.
It processes Audio and Video streams separately. These can be muxed after processing.
It's for Windows Systems, portable, x86 and x64.
Automatic stream detection, Video and Audio stream conversion, Audio volume detection,
Audio lenght and pitch modification, automatic Video crop detection,
Change aspect ratio, Change Audio and Subtitles stream language.
DVD movie rip implemented (unprotected DVD's only). Point to the desired VOB and the entire movie will be ripped and imported.
Requires .NET 4.6.

At the first start you have to specify ffmpeg.exe location path.
(Read the HowTo.txt)

Video Stream Encoding to: mpeg2, x264 (avc), x265 (hevc), Divx, Xvid, VP8, VP9, DnxHR.
Audio Stream Encoding to: aac, ac3, dts, flac, mp2, mp3, opus, vorbis, pcm, trueHD.
Multiplex to: avi, m2ts, mov, mpg, mp4, mkv, ts, vob, mfx, webm.

Special features:

With TV Rips with AC3 6ch audio it happens that the first frames have only 2 ch. In the audio modify section there is a Radiobutton for this. If it is selected, the target file will be patched to full 6 ch. This Radiobutton is only available if the source file is or contains an AC3 file.

Another great thing is that you can convert the soundtrack of a 25 FPS PAL movie to an e.g. 23.976 FPS NTSC soundtrack or vice versa and, if desired, also adjust the audio pitch.

NB.
In case of startup errors or problems, delete this folder (it will be created again automatically):
C:\Users\xxx\AppData\Local\clever_FFmpeg_GUI (where xxx=your user name on windows).

07 Apr 2020 update to version 2.1.0.
Major improvements in the Multiplex section (automatic track detection of video, audio and subtitles, program wide).
Also improved is the AC3 3/2 (5.1) patch (in case first audio frames with 2 channels, stereo).

Maybe have a look at 144 DPI (I'm at 288), it looks poor because High DPI support is not enabled. It can be enabled via API or manifest but the only proper fix is getting rid of WinForms, there are too many issues, it's hopeless and I regret having wasted so much time and effort with it.

I don't have a High DPI Monitor and therefore i cannot test, if my app is compatible with High DPI.
I made some changes. Can you test for me if the display is correct now?

The first screen is High DPI enabled, opening a source file throws an exception shown by .NET Framework exception dialog and that dialog is unusable at 288 DPI, so I cannot post the stack trace.

At the first use you have to specify the location of ffmpeg, ffprobe and ffplay.
