Find delay between 2 audio tracks automatically, possible?

Is there a tool for finding the delay (in ms) between two audio tracks?

I need to re-mux over 100 episodes and would like to automate it as much as possible. Ideally there is a tool that can sync / compare 2 audio tracks and then show/calculate the delay. Both Blu-rays have the same Japanese audio, so in theory it should be easy to find the delay.

I have Bluray A with jap audio and Bluray B with jap & ger audio. I want a mkv with video from A but audio from B

There is no delay in the filename "PID 1100 1536 jpn DELAY 0ms.dts"
